New Changes Effective 2024

Members of Wolf Pack 1 and 2 can look forward to receiving two shipments of wine per year. Each shipment will consist of 6 bottles, resulting in a total of 12 bottles annually. The releases are scheduled for April and September, providing members with a consistent schedule to anticipate their wine deliveries. Rest assured, all other elements of the wine clubs will remain unchanged:

  • 25% discount for all additional wines (The membership wines will be charged at full price and will be chosen by the winery. May include duplicates for a “Featured Exceptional Wine Vintage”.)

  • 10% off wine glass pours

  • 10% off merchandise

  • Discounts on winery events

  • Early access to new releases

  • Special Shipping deals throughout the year

  • Complimentary tastings for you and up to 3 people monthly

  • Access to premium Library Wines

We understand the importance of making the membership experience as convenient as possible. By consolidating releases into two key months, we aim to reduce the frequency of shipments, making it more efficient and cost-effective for you. With two pickup dates it will also reduce the amount of trips more distant members might have to make to the winery.

To ensure a seamless transition, we’ve canceled the previously scheduled 3-bottle release at the end of 2023. Rest assured, this change maintains the same overall bottle allotment for your membership moving forward for this year.

Membership Order Modifications

Members can make changes to their account up to 30 days before the upcoming release date. This includes preferences such as opting for reds only, changing pickup locations, or adjusting other preferences. Any changes made within this timeframe will be applied to the next shipment. Two weeks before shipments, a notification email is sent, allowing members to add extra wine to their order and benefit from periodic shipping discounts. Please note that the wine sets for the upcoming release cannot be modified.

Shipping Procedures

For members who opt for shipping, an electronic invoice is sent once the wines are charged. Shipments are dispatched before the wine club release at tasting rooms to ensure members can enjoy the newest selections around the same time.

Pickup Details

Due to limited storage at our tasting room, pickups need to be collected within 8 weeks of the release. After this period, wines not picked up will be shipped using the credit card on file. Alternative arrangements can be made, but members must contact us before the wine club notice is sent.

Membership Changes and Cancellation

Members can cancel or put a hold on their account with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. If canceling before receiving at least one year of shipments, a one-time fee of $75 will be charged. Online cancellation is available, ensuring a smooth process for those who decide to discontinue their membership.
