Notte Italiana — A Six-Course Winemaker Dinner with Thurston Wolfe & Ciao Trattoria

Escape to a candlelit evening designed to transport you to the heart of Italy

We’re partnering with Chef Jessie Ayala of Ciao Trattoria for Notte Italiana — an intimate, six-course winemaker dinner that unfolds like a story, course by course, glass by glass.

This is not a typical night out. It’s a guided experience, thoughtfully paced and intentionally crafted. The evening begins with a welcoming aperitivo, then moves through six courses, each dish designed to draw out something distinct in the Thurston Wolfe wine it’s paired with. Along the way, you’ll hear the stories behind the wines — where they come from, how they’re made, and what makes each one worth savoring.

As the final course comes to a close, the evening takes a turn. Guests are invited to step away from the table and gather outside for a digestivo finale — complete with a port-style wine, a live street performer, and the warm, unhurried energy of an Italian piazza. It’s the kind of ending that turns a dinner into a memory.
