Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a commitment to join?
We ask that members commit to at least two club releases before canceling. After that, you’re free to pause or cancel any time—no fees or hard feelings.
What happens if I miss a pickup?
Club orders are available for pickup for 30 days after release. If it hasn’t been picked up by then, we’ll ship it to the address on file and apply standard shipping fees.
Do you ship to all states?
We are only able to ship to the following States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Washington D.C.
What if I forget to update my shipping address?
We get it—it happens! If your wine ships to an old address, we’ll do our best to reroute it, but you may be responsible for reshipping costs. It's always best to double-check before the next release.
Can someone else pick up my club order?
Yes—just let us know ahead of time who will be picking it up, and we’ll make sure it’s ready for them. (They’ll need to be 21+, of course.)
Can I skip a release?
Absolutely. If you need to skip a release, just let us know before the processing date. We’ll happily hold your spot and see you next time.
